USSFJune 27 - July 1: United States Social Forum (Atlanta, Georgia). The USSF will provide space to build relationships, learn from each other's experiences, share our analysis of the problems our communities face, and bring renewed insight and inspiration. It will help develop leadership and develop consciousness, vision, and strategy needed to realize another world. Get on the bus from Madison to attend the forum.

Thursday, July 19: Brewing Justice: Fair Trade Coffee, Sustainability, and Survival. Madison Arcatao Sister City Project, Just Coffee, Rainbow Bookstore, and Community Action on Latin America present an evening of discussion about Fair Trade coffee with Dan Jaffee, author of the new book Brewing Justice: Fair Trade Coffee, Sustainability, and Survival (University of California Press), at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2007 at Escape Java Joint, 916 Williamson Street. The event is free and open to the public.
